These terms apply when you use Key West Sunset Cruise to book a tour. By booking, you agree to them.

1. Who We Are
Key West Sunset Cruise is an independent booking service. Tours are run by independent local operators. We are not a boat operator, the City of Key West or any government agency.
2. Prices and Payment
- Prices are in US dollars and include our service fee, so they may be higher than the operator's own price.
- You authorize the full amount shown at checkout when you book. We charge your card once your tickets are confirmed with the operator.
- Some pickup locations may carry a surcharge; we'll contact you before your tour if yours does.
3. Your Booking
- After payment you receive a confirmation email. Your e-ticket follows once the operator issues it.
- Check your booking details carefully and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.
- Arrive at the meeting point, or be ready for pickup, at the time given. Late arrivals may miss the tour.
4. Cancellations and Changes

5. On the Tour
- The operator is responsible for running the tour safely and may refuse or change a tour for safety or weather reasons.
- Follow the crew's instructions. Sunset views, dolphins and reef visibility depend on the weather and are never guaranteed.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of tour operators, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
