Refund Policy

• Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your tour's start time for a full refund.
• Changes made less than 72 hours before the start time are not refundable.
• No-shows and late arrivals that miss the departure are not refundable.

Ticket Assurance is an optional add-on offered at checkout for $5.95 per person. With it, you can claim a refund of your ticket price or move your booking to another date even inside the 72-hour window, provided you contact us before your tour starts. The Ticket Assurance fee itself is not refundable.

If the tour operator cancels your tour, for example because of unsafe weather, you can choose a full refund or a new date.

Use Manage Booking or email support@keywest-sunsetcruise.com with your booking reference. We review requests within 24 hours.

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
