- Booking details: tour, date, time, number of guests and, for pickup tours, your hotel or pickup address.
- Your billing address, card details and payment status, so we can charge the amount you authorized at checkout.
- Messages you send us.

- To make your booking with the tour operator and send you your confirmation and e-ticket.
- To contact you about your booking, for example a pickup time or a weather change.
- To handle refunds, cancellations and support requests.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations and prevent fraud.
Who We Share It With
- The tour operator running your tour, so they can run it.
- Our email provider, to send you booking emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@keywest-sunsetcruise.com.
